PE insulated tarpaulin was made from 100% virgin PE grain material. It is made up from 3 there layers. The ouTside layers was PE woven fabric, grammage of fabric could be made from 50gsm to 200gsm. Usually 50gsm and 70gsm are the most popular in EU and US market. And colour of fabric could be customized. And the most popular colour are orange, blue and silver.

Inside warm layer PE foam tarp was blowing process. Thickness of PE foam could be from 2mm to 1.2mm based on customer's requirement. Aluminium eyelet is antirust.

The insulated tarp is applying to insulated cover,concrete curing blanker, ideal for temperature control. And it could keep vehicle, construction and equipment in a better condition. 

Usually it was bale pack with PP band. Tarpaulin packed in a plastic bag with colour label, and then press it with machine, use PP band for saving container room and delivery charge.
